What information do I need to place an order?
Just the basics: the property address, the purchase price or loan amount, and names and contact details for the parties involved. A copy of the signed contract is helpful but not required to get started. Anything you're missing, we'll track down together after the file is open.
How much will title insurance cost?
In New Jersey, title insurance premiums are regulated by the state, so the rate for your transaction is set by a published rate manual — not by which company you choose.
